Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: 9100 Brombach St, Hamtramck, MI 48212
Assignment: 13 weeks | Starts September 21, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Weekends: Not required
Contract: 13 weeks with strong likelihood of extension or conversion
Henry Ford Health System is seeking 2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism and related disabilities
- Conduct skill acquisition assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized behavior treatment plans
- Supervise ABA therapists and provide direct clinical support
- Review treatment data and modify programs based on patient progress
- Consult with families, caregivers, educators, psychologists, physicians, and other clinical providers
- Provide training, workshops, and educational presentations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Support student interns and therapist training
