Details of Assignment: 

An Iowa-based autism service organization that primarily serves individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. Services include center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, parent training, community-based supports, residential services, vocational and employment support, and independent living programs. For children, care ranges from outpatient therapeutic services and social skills development to youth residential programming with 24/7 supervision when needed. For adults, services include supported living, residential care, vocational training, and employment coaching, with some residential programs serving adults with both autism and intellectual disabilities.
