**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in the BMT/ONC Unit!** - **Position:** RN BMT/ONC (10000205 - Cellular Therapies Unit) - **Work Type:** Rotating - **Shift Options:** - Night: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Day: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - **Experience Required:** - 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience - Chemotherapy administration experience is essential - Open to candidates with 1.5 years of experience - **Certifications Required:** - AHA BLS - CO or Compact RN License - ONC Certification - **Floating Requirements:** - Will float within the scope to meet facility needs - May float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units - May float to sister facilities based on needs - **Unit Information:** - 51 staffed beds - Caring for patients with blood cancers - Utilizing cutting-edge therapies including stem cell transplants and CAR-T - **Patient Ratios:** - Typically 3-4:1 - Ratios may flex based on staffing needs - **Charting System:** Epic - **Scrub Color:** Navy - **Environment Requirements:** - Comfort in handling flexible staffing ratios - Must be adaptable to a dynamic and supportive team environment **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
