**Exciting Opportunity for an Innovative Therapist in Holyoke, MA!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team at Valley Springs, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional therapy services to adults. - Position: LCSW/LICSW/LMHC - Specialty: Therapy techniques including CBT, DBT, MI, and Process Groups. - Schedule: - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 - Orientation: Biweekly on Tuesdays - Patient Care Environment: - Participate in PHP (10 beds) and IOP (10 beds) programs. - Patient Ratios: Up to 1:10, allowing for individualized attention. - Essential Qualifications: - Required Certifications: BLS, HWC, LCSW/LICSW/LMHC, MA State License. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting. - Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Psychotherapy and Psychosocial assessments. - Develop and implement Treatment and Discharge Plans. - Facilitate Group and Individual therapy sessions. - Common Diagnoses: Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Anxiety. - Ideal Candidate: - Flexible and professional attitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Strong commitment to patient outcomes and improving mental health. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
