Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience
- MA-prepared therapist
- Active MA state license
- LCSW / LICSW / LMHC
- BLS
- Psychotherapy experience
- Psychosocial assessments
- Treatment planning
- Discharge planning
- Group therapy
- Individual therapy sessions
- Group therapy preferred
- Experience with adult patients
- Flexible personality/working style
Unit Details
- Department: Valley Springs / Holyoke Inpatient
- Program: PHP & IOP
- Beds: PHP – 10 | IOP – 10
- Patient Ratio: Up to 1:10
- Patient Population: Adults
- Common Diagnoses: Depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety
- EHR: Cerner
- Supervisor: Kate Ward, LMHC
Important Notes
- Travel candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility.
- Orientation occurs every other week on Tuesdays.
- Required certifications must be completed before start.
- No weekends or call.
