Requirements & Eligibility

Experience: 15+ months of Psych/BH experience (1st-time travelers accepted with 12+ months). Recent inpatient experience highly preferred. Must have experience across all age groups (Adolescent, Adult, Geri).
Work History: Resume must show 24 months of current psych/behavioral health experience.
Licensure: Active Iowa or Compact/Multistate RN license at time of submission.
Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS required. De-escalation certificate (CPI, MOAB, MAB, SAMA) preferred; can be completed during onboarding.
Radius Rule: Must reside 50+ miles from the facility based on Driver's License (no locals).
