- Travel eligibility: must live 60+ miles from the facility (HealthTrust note: “doesn’t accept locals” unless otherwise noted/contracted)
- Facility requires interview (interview required = yes)
Before start (compliance items called out on the order):
- Colorado CAPS (Adult Protective Services) background check
- CBI Fingerprinting (IdentoGO or Colorado Fingerprinting) — results required prior to start
