This role is focused on providing exceptional care for dementia patients in a supportive environment. Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience with dementia patients.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Familiarity with common diagnoses and treatments related to dementia with behavioral disturbances.
• Personality Fit: Calm demeanor and ability to work well with others.
• Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
