Description

• The Traveling Assistant Superintendent will report to the Superintendent and assist with daily field operations on multifamily developments.
  
  • Support daily site supervision and construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and track project progress
  • Monitor quality control and safety compliance
  • Assist with schedule management and milestone tracking
  • Support field reporting and project documentation
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and vendors

Profile

For the Traveling Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Multifamily construction experience required
• Garden-style or podium construction experience preferred
• Field Engineers looking to move into an Assistant Superintendent role encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to travel nationally for project assignments

Job Offer

• Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
