As a Travel Assistance Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with clients to understand their travel goals, research vacation options, coordinate reservations, and provide guidance throughout the planning experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building meaningful client relationships in a flexible remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and vacation objectives
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Recommend personalized travel solutions tailored to each client's interests and needs
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel services through approved supplier systems
• Provide clients with booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and pre-departure guidance
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary modifications, and special travel accommodations
• Review booking details and travel arrangements to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor upcoming departures and provide ongoing support before travel
• Maintain organized client files, reservation records, and communication history within company platforms
• Utilize supplier partnerships and internal resources to deliver outstanding client service
• Stay current with destination updates, supplier offerings, and industry best practices through ongoing training
