Maintains appropriate levels of drugs and supplies in the anesthesia machines, supply carts, supply cabinets, holding area and cardiac medication supply cart, as per departmental protocol. Orders and stocks drugs as directed. Accepts delivery of all pharmaceutical, warehouse and vendor supplies delivered to the Receiving Dock. On a timely basis, checks the delivery against the order, informs the manager of any discrepancies, and stores the supplies in the proper storage areas. Stocks, cleans and organizes supplies and equipment in all work room and department storage areas. Maintains temperature log in refrigerator in Anesthesia work room. Frequently checks for the presence of expired medications and supplies in the supply carts and workrooms and, if found, removes them and return to Pharmacy and replace medication
