An international operations-focused organization is seeking an experienced Travel & Crewing Coordinator to support both corporate travel operations and offshore personnel logistics. This role is ideal for someone with a strong travel agency, travel coordination, or crewing background who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing complex travel arrangements, schedule changes, and employee support.
?? Previous experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, travel agency operations, or employee crewing/logistics is REQUIRED for consideration.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for office and offshore personnel
- Manage travel changes, cancellations, rebookings, and urgent itinerary updates
- Serve as a primary point of contact for travel-related questions and support
- Work closely with a dedicated travel management provider and internal operations teams
- Support offshore employee crew scheduling and logistics coordination
- Assist with visa documentation, travel compliance, and traveler tracking processes
- Monitor online bookings, validate invoices, and maintain accurate travel records
- Educate employees on travel booking tools and travel procedures
- Collaborate with international teams and provide updates related to travel risks, incidents, or disruptions
- Help maintain organized reporting and documentation within internal systems
What Were Looking For
- REQUIRED: Previous experience working as a travel agent, corporate travel coordinator, crewing coordinator, or travel logistics specialist
- Experience supporting high-volume travel scheduling and itinerary management
- Familiarity with visa processing, international travel documentation, or employee travel compliance preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and ability to work with global teams
- Comfortable handling changing priorities and urgent travel updates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in offshore operations, logistics, marine, energy, or workforce coordination is a plus
