Travel Advisor - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor to join our growing agency. In this role, you will act as a dedicated travel consultant, designing bespoke itineraries, securing reservations, and delivering high-touch customer service to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Planning: Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess travel preferences, budget parameters, and special requirements to curate tailored travel packages.
• End-to-End Booking Management: Utilize systems, supplier portals, and reservation software to execute flight, hotel, resort, cruise, tour, and ground transportation bookings.
• Destination & Industry Expertise: Provide educated recommendations on destinations, entry requirements, travel insurance, local excursions, and seasonal travel trends.
• Itinerary Logistics & Coordination: Oversee complex, multi-stop trip schedules, ensuring smooth transfers, timely confirmations, and error-free reservations.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients before, during, and post-trip to handle updates, address inquiries, and resolve unexpected travel adjustments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous client records, booking documents, and preferences within our CRM software to ensure repeat business and personalized service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in travel consulting, hospitality sales, or remote customer account management preferred but not required. 
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple complex client itineraries simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Professional, articulate, and engaging written and verbal communication abilities.
• Remote Workspace: A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a dedicated workstation.
