Case Manager / RN Case Management – Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required.
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted.
- Required Experience: Acute hospital setting, Med-Surg, SDU/PCU/IMC/Observation, and surgical services.
- Core Skills: Care coordination, discharge planning, disease management, needs assessment, DME orders, and plan of care.
- Compliance Knowledge: CMS, Department of Health, HIPAA, OSHA, The Joint Commission, Core Measures, and National Patient Safety Goals.
