    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Board: Board Certified (NCCPA or AACN)
    • Licenses: Active CA license
    • DEA: Active California DEA
    • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
    • Experience: Trauma/Critical Care experience required
    • Other Qualifications:
      • NPs must have CA NP furnishing number)

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Take patient history, perform physical exam, make assessment and diagnosis.
    • Order x-ray, labs, therapies, and nursing services.
    • Perform or assist with procedures including laceration repair, central line insertion, chest tube insertion, etc.
    • Initiate admissions, complete medical records, and facilitate referrals.
    • Administer medication and transmit prescriptions under supervising physician’s direction.
