Location: Stockton, CA (Hybrid - 1 day remote)

Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt

Reports to: Division Director

Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 annually

Hiring & Retention Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

(Paid 50% at 1 month and 50% at 6 months)

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. The Role

The Role

We are seeking a Trauma-Informed Clinical Supervisor (LMFT or LCSW) to lead and support a team of pre-licensed clinicians serving children and families.

This is more than a therapy role it's a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will:

  • Shape clinical quality and outcomes
  • Mentor and develop emerging clinicians
  • Guide high-impact behavioral health programs

In this role, you will provide BBS-required supervision, oversee clinical documentation, and collaborate with community partners to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed care. You'll play a critical role in strengthening programs such as WRAP, FSP, and IFCCS, while helping clinicians grow into confident, effective providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Supervision: Weekly BBS‑required individual and group supervision for ASWs and AMFTs.
  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee treatment plans and documentation to meet Medi‑Cal and county standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage caseload assignments, track productivity, and support grievance resolution.
  • Evidence‑Based Oversight: Guide staff in CBT, DBT, Triple P Parenting, Seeking Safety, and more.
  • Community Linkage: Collaborate with DMH, DCFS, and participate in MDT meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Professional: Valid CA LCSW or LMFT for at least 2 years.
  • Experienced Leader: Minimum 2 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skilled Clinician: Strong knowledge of diagnostic methods and clinical practice standards.
  • Clinical Experience: Oversee treatment plans and documentation to meet Medi-Cal and county standards
