Transportation Supervisor - Winter 26/27

Guest Shuttle Service combined with our uniquely massive and complimentary parking lots are some of the great attributes of our resort that set us apart in the ski resort industry. Optimizing routes and training drivers to be informative, fun, and service minded help complement our impressive parking infrastructure and facilitate a great guest experience by efficiently getting guests out of the parking lots and into the lodges or on the mountain.

What will you be doing:

• Hire, Supervise, Coach and Train seasonal shuttle drivers
• Scheduling and coordinating equipment inspections and repairs with our technician
• Monitor route efficiency and adjust schedules in real-time based on guest volume
• Maintaining DOT and FMCSA compliance and monitoring CDL driver compliance for DOT drug testing and other training
• Maintaining and Coordinating shuttle equipment and maintenance to keep operational and in good condition
• Assisting other operations at the resort as necessary (e.g. Parking, Guest Services and Safety, Snow Removal, Lodge Services, emptying garbage, etc.)
• Perform any reasonable tasks as requested by management
• Understand, support and implement resort policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of special events, groups and other circumstances out of the range of normal operations

What you’ll need to be able to do the job:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Must have or be willing to get DOT Medical Card within 30 days of hire
• Active CDL with Passenger Endorsement strongly Preferred
• Must have confidence to direct guests in assertive yet positive manner
• Must have experience leading others

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in any weather condition for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to shovel snow for extended periods of time
