    Location: Georgia (Hiram base, routes across Metro Atlanta & surrounding areas)

    Transportation is a lifeline for our clients connecting them to therapy, medical care, job opportunities, and community resources. We are seeking compassionate, reliable Transportation Specialists to make this possible.

    Position Summary

    The Transportation Specialist / Driver will safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and housing sites. This role requires professionalism, patience, and a commitment to providing dignified, client-centered service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport clients to appointments, therapy sessions, job interviews, and housing locations.

    • Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and clean.

    • Track mileage, schedules, and ride logs for compliance and billing.

    • Assist clients with boarding/disembarking when needed.

    • Maintain confidentiality and treat all clients with dignity and respect.

    • Report maintenance needs or incidents immediately.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Safe and professional driving skills.

    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

    • Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

    • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

    • Basic recordkeeping/data entry skills.

    Qualifications

    • Valid Georgia drivers license with clean driving record.

    • 21 years or older (for insurance purposes).

    • Previous experience as a driver, shuttle operator, or in human services preferred.

    • CDL or passenger endorsement a plus (but not required).

    • Must pass background check and drug screen.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Pay: $15 $20 per hour (based on experience and license type).

    • Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time shifts available).
