Description:
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
• Track packaged truck shipments.
• Monitor IBP and logistics metrics.
• Plan daily transportation schedules.
• Coordinate pickups with plants.
• Monitor carrier performance.
• Provide shipment status updates.
• Resolve basic transportation issues.
• Identify and communicate shipment risks.
• Build and manage shipment loads.
• Manage transportation orders in SAP.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery dates.
• Handle customer delivery requests.
• Approve carrier invoice costs.
• Prepare logistics and cost reports.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (or 4+ years equivalent).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze transportation data.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP experience.
• Transportation or supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of carrier management.
• Experience with logistics planning.
• Familiarity with IBP and shipment tracking.
