Transportation Operations Coordinator

Complexity Simplified. Supply Chains Syncronized

As a Transportation Operations Coordinator you ensure, monitor, and develop / improve the performance of our "Global Transport 3PL Replenishment Network" in coordination with regional organizations. You will be part of the TMS (transport management system) roll out program, gradually taking responsibility for transportation planning in TMS.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or business, alternatively Vocational training in transportation operations (f.e. Speditions Kaufmann/Kauffrau) with 1-3 year of experience in internation shipping coordination.
• Practical experience with Transportation Management System or/and ERPs, knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping with focus on Seafreight and Airfreight.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Working proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. Other languages is a plus.
