    What you’ll tackle

    • Can you open doors? You’ll prospect Dallas-area fleets and businesses to create new opportunities for leasing and commercial trailer sales.
    • Do you build trust fast? Use discovery to understand fleet needs, then craft tailored lease and purchase solutions.
    • Are you a deal-maker? Negotiate pricing, financing terms, lease structures, and contracts to deliver win–win outcomes.
    • Can you run point end-to-end? Own the sales cycle from first touch through closing, funding, and delivery.
    • Do you collaborate well? Work closely with credit, underwriting, inventory, and operations to bring deals across the finish line.
    • Is your network your superpower? Nurture dealer, manufacturer, and vendor relationships that produce steady referrals.
    • Are you metrics-minded? Keep activity, forecasting, and performance data current in the CRM.
    • Are you market aware? Stay sharp on trailer pricing, fleet demand, and competitor moves.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar—or equivalent experience.
    • 2–5+ years in B2B sales; experience in equipment leasing, trailer sales, or transportation is a plus.
    • Track record of beating targets in a quota-driven role.
    • Fluency in leasing structures, financing, and commercial equipment sales.
    • Negotiation prowess and excellent communication/relationship skills.
    • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
    • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Nice to have

    • Hands-on exposure to trailer sales, fleet management, logistics, or commercial vehicle sales.
    • Existing Dallas/Fort Worth transportation or logistics relationships.
    • Experience working with trailer manufacturers, dealers, or OEM networks.
