Leading U.S. engineeringconsulting firm is seeking a Transportation Engineer for theirMinneapolis, Minnesota office!
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in design process/projectadvancement (setting priorities/developing objectives)
- Use technical expertise to aid multi-disciplineteam
- Prepare highway/roadwayand sewer plans, specifications, and estimates
- Responsible for project permitting
- Prepare project reports
- Mentor/train junior engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+years of practical design experience(transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design)
- PE License
- Knowledge of MnDOT design/standards
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MicroStation/OpenRoadsrequired.
- Working knowledge of modeling withOpenRoads preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3Dsoftware preferred
Salary is commensurate withexperience.
