    We are seeking a seasoned Transportation Engineer to join a growing infrastructure engineering team in Cherry Hill. This high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level design professional looking to mentor staff, lead complex transportation projects, and work alongside some of the industry's most respected experts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the go-to design lead for transportation infrastructure projects.

    • Oversee and guide the design of bridges, highways, and traffic systems.

    • Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering staff, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

    • Collaborate directly with key clients on the delivery of impactful, high-quality projects.

    • Partner closely with senior consultants and industry veterans to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

    • Ensure design quality and consistency across all phases of project development.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong technical background in transportation design, including highways, bridges, and traffic engineering.

    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.

    • Experience with public agency and/or transportation infrastructure clients preferred.

    • CMCI certification is a plus.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
