This position combines candidate outreach, qualification, follow-up, and placement support across available transportation opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Communicate with CDL driver applicants and prospective candidates
• Conduct initial recruiting and qualification conversations
• Maintain active recruiting pipelines
• Follow up with drivers throughout the application process
• Review candidate experience and location information
• Match qualified applicants with available opportunities
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting notes
• Support driver placement and hiring activity

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and organization
• Comfortable speaking with professional drivers
• Ability to manage multiple candidates
• Familiarity with recruiting systems and online communication tools
• Trucking, recruiting, sales, or transportation experience is helpful
• CDL driving experience can be valuable for understanding driver needs
