Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and compassionate Aides to assist drivers in safely transporting students and clients. Aides will help with boarding, securing, and monitoring passengers during transit.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients/students with boarding and exiting vehicles
- Ensure all safety equipment (seatbelts, harnesses) is used properly
- Communicate any concerns or incidents to the driver and supervisor
- Provide a calm, supportive environment for passengers
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle interior
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check and required training
