We are looking for a dedicated Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher to manage trucking communications, load postings, rates, and delivery instructions, and to keep all shipment information updated across our platforms.


Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of export cargo for company clients
• Post and manage loads on load boards 
• Communicate daily with trucking companies and carriers
• Negotiate rates and confirm load details with carriers
• Understand cargo measurements (weight, dimensions, pallets, containers)
• Provide clear pickup and delivery instructions to drivers
• Track pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Manage and update shipment data in the company’s internal platform
• Ensure all information related to pick orders, transportation, and deliveries is accurate and complete
• Resolve issues related to delays, changes, or delivery problems
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or freight brokerage
• Knowledge of load boards - 
• Understanding of cargo measurements and transportation requirements
• Ability to negotiate rates with trucking companies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working with online platforms and transportation systems
