Transportation Construction Supervisor

Interviewing now for Long Term I-83 project (4 year) starting in Fall of 2026 - Transportation Construction Supervisor (TCIS):

Responsibilities

• Supervising a large inspection staff and all project documentation including daily reports, change orders, pay items and schedules.   
• Coordinating with contractors and making sure work follows plans, specifications and contract requirements.  Tracking progress and resolving delays and cost issues.   
• Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor.

Eligibility

• Four (4) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher, and has two (2) of the following three (3) certifications: PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level II Certification in Highway Construction.
