Your tech savvy and great communication skills will combine to improve the daily experience of both residents and staff by streamlining and speeding up responses to resident requests.
About Us:
The Business Intelligence unit manages and develops data and data-based tools for programs across the Transportation department. The transportation field is changing rapidly with the exponential growth in data on how people move around the City and interact with transportation infrastructure. The Business Intelligence unit helps program managers identify and procure useful data, analyze data, track performance metrics, and leverage new technologies like computer vision. We also manage key business systems for the department to ensure quality data feeds dashboards and other analytical tools.
