Under the direction of the Transplant Quality and Regulatory Manager, The Transplant Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities within the Transplant Institute''s Organ Transplant Program(s). This will include data integrity, quality assessment, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient safety activities. The Transplant Quality Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and performing the preparation, data retrieval, verification, and editing of complex and confidential data. In addition, the Transplant Quality Coordinator will facilitate and provide fact gathering for Collaborative Risk Reviews with our High Reliability Methodology as well as conduct Corrective Action Planning, Performance Improvement Projects in accordance with the Transplant Institute QAPI plan.
