The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Transplant Nephrology provides comprehensive care to patients undergoing evaluation for kidney transplantation as well as those who are status post-kidney transplant. This role includes inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary transplant team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The APP will work five (5) days per week with eight (8) hour shifts.

Combination of inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of electronic medical systems. Typical healthcare environment exposure risks apply.
