Job Summary
Responsible for development and delivery of role-based compliance training to transmission SMEs and leaders. The individual will track training program completion, effectiveness, opportunities for program enhancement, and will work with stakeholders to identify new training needs. This role will assist in new standard implementation and communication, and will support audit functions through audit readiness exercises and validation of audit-ready evidence. The manager will establish standards for evidence and audit documentation, will assist with RFI response, and will serve as the primary contact for the enterprise compliance team.
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify training needs and develop training materials.
- Deliver role-based training to stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and execute new/updated standard implementation plan.
- Develop communication on upcoming standards changes.
- Conduct audit readiness exercises.
- Establish audit evidence and documentation standards.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Transmission.
- Assist with RFI responses
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education : Bachelor's degree (or three (3) years of additional experience in lieu of a degree)
Experience : Minimum of seven (7) years of compliance or related utility experience
Other Requirements:
- High level of motivation and commitment to demonstrating the AEP core principles.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.

Base Salary: $117K - $151K
