Transition AnalystJob Description Summary
The TQC Transition Analyst is responsible for onboarding newly awarded property management assignments in assigned regions. The Analyst supports Property Management teams while providing a high level of detail and customer service. The Analyst is involved in special projects and ensures data integrity in all department tools and systems.Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maybe responsible forone or more of the following:
Plan,analyzeand complete all requiredtasksof onboarding newly awarded property management assignments withminimal guidance and/or supervision using departmenttools
Assist City Leads and support staff withpipelinetoolsand monitor notifications for accuracyand timeliness
Analyzeandfacilitatecommunication among Property Managers, Client Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and clients involved in the propertytransition
Setup new properties in applicable databases with 100%accuracy
Execute and perform all lease administration
Track receipt and complete abstract of Property ManagementAgreements
Serve as trainer and mentor to Lease Administrator/Interns
Track and ensure completion of all property transitionsbymaintainingtarget date-drivenTransition Checklists and department tools that itemize all aspects of a property transition;Maintainand complete all department tools.
Update andmaintainproperty and tenant information in databases to ensureaccurateand efficientdata
Generate, analyze, and interpret various reports needed by the property managementstaff
Train property management staff on various software platforms and company policies andprocedures
Attend weekly meetings to provide updates of allassignedtransitions to the department andManagers
Providerecommendationsand solutionsto theproperty transition process and leasedatato meet the needs of the asset, client, and manager
Maintainpositive workingrelationships with fellow support groups, Property Management teamsand City Leads
Establishandmaintainrecurring market calls with City Leads and supportstaff
Collaborate with Property Managers to obtain client/tenant information,analyzeand interprettenantleases, field questions, make recommendations,establishsolutions, and resolveissues
Develop transition process improvement initiatives and create documentation ofprocesses; Proactively provide suggestions and solutions to property transition process
Participate in yearly department goals to drive change and improvement
Lead and execute special projects asassigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of relevantexperience
Or any similar combination of education andexperience
Experience in real estate and basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Property Management function, lease administration, and tenantleases/reconciliationspreferred
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, andOutlook
Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estateterminologyand documents
Effective time managementskills
Detail oriented, organized, andthorough
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach towork
Excellent oral and written communicationskills
