Position Summary
Monitor and analyze safety and security data to identify risks and support informed decision-making across transit operations. This position works closely with internal departments, law enforcement, and vendors to manage security systems, respond to incidents, and implement improvements.

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, criminal justice, information systems, or public administration, or related field; and
Five (5) years' experience in managing security operations and enforcement, public transportation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Drivers License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a City Operators Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
Working Conditions
Environmental:
Office environment; exposure to computer screens; travel from site to site; exposure to inclement weather conditions; possible exposure to noise.
Physical Requirements:
Essential and supplemental functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for moderate lifting, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; operating motorized vehicles.
