Join our Transit Department as a full-time Transit Manager overseeing transit operations in Hermantown and Carlton, Cook, and Lake Counties. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling drivers and vehicles, managing budgets and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, completing state and federal reports, writing grants, training drivers, developing routes, and promoting services through community outreach.

Qualified candidates have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel throughout the service area. A CDL with passenger endorsement is required; free Class B CDL training and testing are available.

Starting Pay: $31.64/hour
