Who You'll Work With

As part of Slalom's Transformation capability, you will serve as the go-to-market leader for Operational Improvement across the US West Region. You will partner closely with Market Leaders, Client Partners, Sales Executives, account teams, Transformation go-to-market pods, Outcomes teams, and leaders across Slalom's capabilities to originate, shape, and close large-scale transformation programs.

You will help clients address operational challenges through Process Intelligence, AI-enabled operations, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and business transformation while driving growth across priority markets and industries.

What You'll Do

• Activate and originate pipeline across priority US West markets, industries, and accounts by leveraging executive relationships, market insights, and account team collaboration to create incremental net-new opportunities.
• Leverage and expand a strong external network of client executives, industry leaders, alliance partners, and market influencers to generate qualified leads, create demand, and establish new client conversations.
• Demonstrate disciplined network activation by converting relationships, market signals, and client needs into proactive pursuits, account entry points, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Lead complex pursuits, executive presentations, solution development, and proposal strategies from early client engagement through contract close.
• Partner with Transformation go-to-market pods, Outcomes teams, and other Slalom capabilities to create integrated solutions and close large-scale transformation programs beyond Operational Improvement alone.
• Advise executive clients on Process Intelligence, AI-enabled operations, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and operational transformation strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and communicate a distinctive point of view on Operational Improvement solutions, market trends, AI-enabled operations, and capability evolution through thought leadership, executive forums, conferences, and client events.
• Shape offerings, accelerators, and value stories while mentoring practitioners and mobilizing cross-capability teams to support priority pursuits and delivery readiness.
• Travel as needed to support clients, markets, conferences, business development activities, and internal collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of consulting, operational improvement, process transformation, operational excellence, or business transformation experience with a demonstrated record of commercial success.
• Proven success originating, shaping, and closing complex consulting engagements, expanding strategic accounts, and generating net-new business opportunities.
• An established client and industry network with demonstrated ability to activate relationships, generate executive access, create demand, and develop qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Deep expertise in Operational Improvement disciplines, including Process Intelligence, process mining, intelligent automation, AI-enabled operations, operational excellence, business transformation, or related areas.
• Executive presence and trusted advisor credibility with senior business and technology leaders, combined with the ability to translate market trends, AI innovation, and operational challenges into actionable client solutions and business outcomes.

• A collaborative enterprise leader who can expand Operational Improvement opportunities into broader Transformation and Slalom capability engagements.
• Learning-agile and credible in AI, agentic workflow, process transformation, and operating model conversations, with the ability to connect emerging trends to practical client needs.

Location & Travel:

This role is ideally based in a priority US West market including Seattle, Denver, or Orange County.

Willingness to travel to client locations, Slalom markets, conferences, and internal collaboration sessions is required as business needs dictate.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Seattle is $187,000 to $243,000.  In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
