We are looking for a highly driven Transformation Manager - ASPAC & EAME to lead the execution of strategic business priorities across our regional operations. In this pivotal role, you will translate business initiatives into actionable programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, technology adoption, process transformation, and sustainable business outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring that change is successfully embedded into daily operations through strong governance, performance measurement, and benefits realization.
What you'll do:
- Turn strategic priorities into actionable transformation initiatives, creating clear roadmaps, milestones, and success measures that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across ASPAC and EAME, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve ways of working, enhance customer outcomes, and drive operational excellence.
- Champion change adoption by developing and executing engagement, communication, training, and readiness strategies that embed sustainable change.
- Drive the deployment of technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives, translating innovative ideas into scalable operational solutions.
- Establish strong governance frameworks, ensuring effective decision-making, risk management, issue resolution, and program oversight.
- Monitor program performance and benefits realization, tracking key metrics and insights to ensure intended outcomes are achieved and sustained.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to remove barriers, accelerate adoption, and build commitment to new ways of working
- Provide clear and concise updates to senior leaders on progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices across the region.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, program management, change management, business process improvement, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years experience in programming and coding
- Basic knowledge to run and work with scripts
- Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment through deployment and operational adoption.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones; ASPAC and/or EAME experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of operating model change, process standardization, technology enablement, and benefits realization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, influence without direct authority, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Hospitality, travel, contact center, shared services, or other complex operational experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with project / portfolio management, workflow, process mapping, reporting, or collaboration tools.
Comfortable working with operational data, dashboards, KPIs, and benefits-tracking frameworks.
Familiarity with digital solutions, automation, and technology adoption practices.

- Experience in GCC and hotel operations, with a track record of delivering strategic and transformation initiatives.
