    Description

    Join our team as a Transformation Coordinator. Transformation Coordinator leads the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies to help the business achieve its goals and objectives. They develop and deploy lean knowledge, culture, principles, tools and techniques across the facility.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish, train, and implement new processes that remove waste and reduce variation using lean tools and principles.
    • Share and standardize best practices across the operation.
    • Helps identify and remove barriers to implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) processes.
    • Lead and mentor team defined Kaizen activities. Assists with the necessary follow-up actions to close out "to do" action items after Kaizen Events.
    • Possesses knowledge of CI and helps develop and provide CI tools, materials, and training.
    • Capable of influencing, getting cooperation, and action from others without having direct control. Ability to effectively communicate, work, and relate with people at all levels of the organization.
    • Incorporation and effective utilization of Lean Tools and TWI (Training within Industry) employee development techniques within all Value Streams, support activities, and administrative functions. Lead and direct development and auditing of Job Instruction writing and Standard Work development.
    • Develop and monitor performance tracking KPIs i.e. OEE, C/Os etc.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Desired Experience

    • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
    • Basic understanding of lean concepts
    • Basic Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
    • Knowledge of production lines/manufacturing experience
    • Strong organization and record keeping skills
    • Solid understanding of safety policies and procedures
    • Problem solving skills with the ability to drive resolution
    • Bronze level certification preferred
