Role summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>

• Advise on <\/span><\/span>tax aspects of M&A<\/span><\/span><\/b> and other corporate transactions<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Structure and negotiate tax provisions alongside corporate, PE, and finance teams<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Work directly with a tight Bay Area tax bench and collaborate across offices on national and cross -border matters<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Location: <\/span><\/span>San Francisco or Silicon Valley<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Menlo Park)<\/span>

  • 1+ year<\/span><\/span><\/b> of law firm experience focused on transaction tax, with <\/span><\/span>significant M&A exposure<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Comfortable drafting and negotiating deal documents and tax deliverables<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Sharp issue -spotter who can translate tax into practical deal guidance<\/span>
