Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and investment transactions for developers, investors, owners, and other sophisticated clients.

Ideal Background

2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and other complex real estate transactions

• Experience representing developers, investors, property owners, institutional clients, and other real estate market participants

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, and other real estate documents

• Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence

• Experience coordinating transactions from initial diligence and negotiation through closing

• Experience with joint ventures, real estate private equity, portfolio transactions, or large-scale development projects is a plus

• Experience with commercial leasing involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily, or other property types is beneficial

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and deadlines

• Excellent client service and communication skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
