Transactional Paralegal (Real Estate & Business Law)

A well-regarded Oklahoma firm is expanding its transactional practice and adding a Transactional Paralegal. You'd support attorneys on real estate and business deals from contract through closing. They're ready to move quickly for the right person.

What you'll do

- Prepare and manage real estate closing documents and checklists

- Order and review title commitments, surveys and due diligence materials

- Prepare entity formation documents, filings and corporate records

- Draft routine transactional documents and correspondence

- Coordinate closings with clients, lenders and title companies

What you bring

- 3-5+ years of real estate and/or business law paralegal experience

- Strong knowledge of closings, title and entity work

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Able to work on-site
