Transactional Healthcare Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Transactional Healthcare Attorney for a leading national law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York.

Our client is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of transactional healthcare experience to advise healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, investors, and other healthcare organizations on a wide range of sophisticated corporate and regulatory matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of transactional healthcare law experience.
• Experience handling healthcare transactions, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex client matters in a collaborative environment.

• Salary: $300,000–$520,000 (commensurate with experience)
