A Houston-area business law firm is seeking a bilingual transactional associate to handle corporate and commercial real estate matters for a diverse base of business clients.

 

Responsibilities

- Draft and negotiate corporate agreements, entity formations, and business acquisitions

- Handle commercial real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing

- Conduct due diligence and manage closings

- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish

 

Requirements

- 2-5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate transactional experience

- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas

- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) required

- Strong drafting and organizational skills

 

Compensation and benefits

- Top-market competitive compensation, based on experience

 

Work arrangement

Full-time, in office in Spring (Houston area).
