We are looking for a highly organized professional who excels at managing checklists, monitoring critical deadlines, and keeping files meticulously organized. While our listing and closing systems are already established, we need someone ready to take full responsibility for this vital function. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with checklists and spreadsheets, this role is an excellent fit for you!

Responsibilities
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
- Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS
- Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions
- Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
- Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
- Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
- Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
- Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
