Responsibilities
Youll be the operational backbone of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly.
Transaction Coordination
- Manage the full contract-to-close process for multiple real estate transactions
- Track deadlines and contingency timelines
- Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy
- Communicate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
- Anticipate potential issues and solve them proactively
Listing Coordination
- Prepare listings and gather documentation
- Input listings into MLS systems
- Coordinate photography, marketing materials, and launch timelines
- Communicate directly with sellers and agents
Operations & Client Experience
- Maintain organized transaction files and systems
- Deliver exceptional service to agents and their clients
- Help improve processes and workflows as the company grows
Requirements
This is not an entry-level position. Were looking for someone who operates at a high level and takes ownership.
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License
- Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination or real estate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign, KW Command, MLS systems
- Background supporting high-producing agents or teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable attending occasional real estate events and building relationships
