    Position Overview

    The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. This individual will work closely with senior team members to analyze financial performance, identify transaction-related risks and opportunities, and provide strategic insights that help clients make informed investment decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
    • Analyze historical financial statements, earnings trends, cash flow, and working capital.
    • Assist in preparing Quality of Earnings analyses and transaction-related reports.
    • Identify key financial risks, opportunities, and transaction considerations.
    • Develop financial analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
    • Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction execution.
    • Collaborate with clients, management teams, and internal stakeholders throughout engagements.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced transaction environment.
    • Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the firm's collaborative culture.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 2-3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or nationally recognized accounting firm.
    • CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.
    • Strong foundation in accounting, financial statement analysis, and audit procedures.
    • Prior exposure to healthcare clients is a plus, but not required.
    • Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions, financial due diligence, and transaction advisory work.
    • Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
    • Team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed.
