Training Supervisor- FIFO

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Training Supervisor to join our People and Culture team based at the Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent Training, you will lead the delivery of training and assessment activities across our mining operation, ensuring employees and contractors have the skills, knowledge and competency required to perform their roles safely and effectively. Working closely with operational leaders, you will play a critical role in developing workforce capability, fostering a strong culture of learning and continuous improvement, and ensuring training outcomes align with operational priorities and business objectives.
Leading a team of dedicated Trainer Assessors, you will coordinate and execute training programs that support safe production and operational excellence. You will champion the implementation of the HIO Training and Competency Management Framework, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards while taking a proactive, data-driven and risk-based approach to workforce development.
