    Description

    We're seeking a Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. The position is based in Tampa, FL. The Training Specialist delivers new hire training for community team associates and supports those associates through their first weeks on the job. The role is equal parts facilitation and ongoing training support. Classroom facilitation of established training material is paired with high-touch follow-up: structured check-in calls with new hires and their supervisors, and consistent communication across the new hire training program. Virtual and live training sessions for current associates are scheduled periodically.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Facilitate full week of structured new hire training for office and service team associates, delivering established content in an engaging and effective manner.
    • Prepare training room, materials, and equipment ahead of each session.
    • Adapt facilitation to accommodate a range of experience levels and learning needs.
    • Schedule and conduct structured training check-in calls with new hires and their supervisors during the weeks following classroom training.
    • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to reinforce training concepts and support early skill reinforcement and development.
    • Complete internal documentation for all training check-in calls accurately and on time.
    • Monitor learning management system for attendance, training completion, and assessment outcomes.
    • Administer assessments and evaluations to identify areas where additional support is needed.
    • Communicate on-going support needs to supervisors, and escalate completion gaps and early performance flags to supervisors and Learning & Development leadership.
    • Facilitate on-going in person and virtual training for current associates as scheduled.
    • Partner with the Training Support Manager on scheduling, logistics, and supply needs.
    • Provide feedback to the content team on training materials based on classroom experience and associate questions.
    • Perform all other related duties assigned by management.
