    Curant Health is searching for Training Specialist to join its team in Smyrna, GA.

    • Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with department leadership to identify training gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.

    • Work in collaboration with department leadership, subject matter experts and team leads to design and deliver onboarding education for staff including all levels/roles on an as-needed basis.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain evidence-based training materials, including training guides, work instructions, PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, Ai and other supplementary tools and training deliverables.

    • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using various methods such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and 1:1 in-person, on-the-job training.

    • Maintains accurate records of training activities, attendance, and learning outcomes to report to department leadership and for employee records.

    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Curant Health’s practices, programs, products, policies, and technologies.

    • Support implementation of any new or existing workflows, technology, or initiatives through targeted trainings.

    • Function as a subject matter expert for operational processes and performance standards.

    • Collaborate with managers and quality improvement teams to address performance or knowledge deficits.

    • Occasional travel to other Curant Health Locations and offsite pharmacies and clinics as applicable.

    • Attend seminars, meetings, and/or conferences to learn new training methodologies and techniques to improve the training outcomes of Curant Health employees.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in the relevant field.

    • Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role/industry, with experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

    • Pharmacy Technician license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Experience with electronic learning management systems is preferred.

    • Ability to interpret and streamline moderately complex pharmacy or technical documents into learner-friendly training documents and modules.

    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual).

    • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and connect, engage with various personality types and learning styles.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
