Position Summary The Training Analyst supporting a PAE Mission Systems Program Office by planning, analyzing, developing, and coordinating training requirements across complex technical and operational mission areas. This position plays a key role in conducting Training Front End Analysis (TFEA), ensuring training solutions align with program objectives, system capabilities, and user needs. The analyst also provides comprehensive training administrative support, maintaining documentation, coordinating training activities, and ensuring compliance with program standards and federal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Training Front End Analysis (TFEA) to identify training needs, gaps, performance requirements, target audience characteristics, and training solution recommendations.Develop, maintain, and update training documentation, including requirements packages, training plans, course materials, user guides, and evaluation reports.Coordinate training events, scheduling, and logistics to support system deployment, sustainment, and operational readiness.Collaborate with program managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and end‑users to ensure training solutions align with mission goals and system functionality.Provide daily training administrative support, including data entry, record keeping, tracking training completion, and maintaining training databases or learning management systems.Assist in the development and implementation of training standards, policies, and procedures.Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and metrics tracking.Ensure all training materials and processes comply with security guidelines, contractual requirements, and organizational policies.Prepare briefings, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Required QualificationsActive Top Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain further access if required).Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field; experience may be substituted for education.3–5 years of relevant experience in training analysis, instructional design, or training program support.Demonstrated experience conducting Training Front End Analysis (TFEA) or equivalent methodologies such as ADDIE.Experience providing training administrative or logistical support within a government, defense, or mission‑systems environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce professional training documentation.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced program office setting.Proficiency with common training development tools, productivity software, and data tracking platforms.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting PAE or similar defense/mission‑support organizations.Familiarity with mission‑systems operations, deployment workflows, or technical program environments.Knowledge of DoD or federal training policies, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training delivery methods.
