Summary/objective The Training Specialist, Radioisotope Production role encompasses team development, operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Training Specialist, Radioisotope Production plays a critical role in designing, implementing, maintaining technical training programs that ensure high quality workforce, compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory standards, and enhance staff member's training experience. This role requires qualification as a primary operator in Ac-225 manufacturing to ensure training content reflects real-world operating conditions, safety requirements, and best practices. This role involves collaboration with production leaders and personnel to maintain adherence to operations scheduling, cross-coverage, training procedures, managing training assignments, and developing training materials. The specialist serves as the primary support and subject matter expert for training, ensuring that all training activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The Training Specialist will have dotted line reporting to the organization-wide training department to maintain standards for training material creation, delivery, as well as trainer qualifications. |
